If people would stop paying stupid prices for things I believe it would come down just my opinion. Thankful I don’t have a 9mm at this time. 45 and 5.56 is the only calibers I have.
Plenty .357 Sig and.40 out there with no changes in prices.
Thank goodness for my p229 and both barrels, at least I won’t be
Underguned with 9mm , just loaded up .
It seems like the real price is in the $.35-$.55 range. The stuff listed at $.50 stays in stock for a while but goes out of stock after a while. Anything under $.40 is gone fast. CTD is not even worth looking at IMHO.
People like Outdoor Limited who were good for ammo at one point are now selling Wolf steel for $.65 a round. I don't see it moving down. Seems like it is moving up if anything. Very few retailers are listing anything under $.30.
Just check out the ammo auctions on gunbroker and you can get a vivid idea of what ammo is going for. As long as folks are willing to pay, the sellers will be more than happy to sell.
Yeah this is considered a deal these days because its in stock. $.37 for steel case 9mm. I think the only reason it is still in stock is because its listed under rifle ammo.

Thanks for trying. It says "Notify me when Available", when I try to add it to the cart https://www.brownells.com/ammunitio...-luger-full-metal-jacket-ammo-prod136924.aspx
These prices are way beyond what any rational person would pay. Just like the oil companies have done to fuel prices for years, they have you where they want you and if you need it you have to pay their prices or go without. Totally absurd!
