    I have a Kimber MT with some chipping away of material from the locking surfaces in the slide ( Barrel is fine). Pistol still functions as always, I found the damage in recent cleaning. Questions are, do I need to get it fixed, fixed right away, can it be fixed, or do I just need a new slide...
