Notice #1 on this list of overrated and unreliable guns. Not saying one YouTuber is the gospel, but it sure does seem that the double stack pops up from time to time as having issues. Which is concerning to me as I figure next year, I’ll be looking at getting one.

I've decided I need a doublestack 1911 in 9mm And I've been looking at the Alchemy Quantico and the Nighthawk. My question is on either of these how much thicker is the grip frame in YOUR hand. I tried a Staccato p and I felt the grip frame was to thick or wide for me .

Just picked this up yesterday... lightweight, excellent build quality/fit and finish. Smooth as butter. Looks easy to conceal, even with the 15 round capacity. Slightly larger and thicker than my Wilson EDC X9S. This appears to be a winner and an excellent value for those looking at double...

It is in excellent condition with the exception of some finish wear on the rail from a light being mounted on it - I show this in the...

That is not a typo, the company was named 'Entreprise' and this is my latest impulse buy. Apparently they were around from the mid-'90s to early-'00s, started by selling FALs that they were putting together, moved to selling wide body 1911 kits and then their own line of double stack 1911s...

I started thinking about my next 1911 acquisition and felt I should give a double stack a shot. Curious whether other addicts ever had the same urge. 1. Do you own one? If so, would you buy it again if you had to do it over again? 2. I've seen them in 45ACP, 9mm and also .40S&W - any...
