    ok people as the title says. there is a website, of a company in Arizona i believe, (Alumagrips) that makes aluminum grips for the 1911's. some are standard thickness, some are slimline. i have a pretty good grip on my Rem R 1911, and the gun is brand new, so it's not like i need new grips...
