I’m thinking about beginning the hunt for a 2010 Colt 70 series to use as a base for a future build. I plan on a two tone w/ polished DLC slide. With that being the goal - I’m looking for advice if it makes a major difference if I start with a carbon or stainless pistol? Stainless has the...
I picked up my first Special Combat Government earlier this year from a member here, and it's the model with the Ionbond finish on the frame.
I thought my Google-fu was stronger, but I can't find for the life of me what the frame material is.

Any thoughts are always appreciated.
