Can't comment about those primers, but make sure you carefully sort your brass. Easy to miss the wrong primer pocket size. 45acp brass comes in large and small PPs.

From the on-line advertisement, the "Fort Smith" primers are made by Murom in Russia. I believe they are prohibited from importation by a Presidential Order. Their primers were imported by PMC, and then by TulAmmo. I have shot a lot of their Berdan primers in 7.5x55 and 7.62x39, and they worked very well. One of the most prominent Service Rifle competitors in the country really liked their Boxer rifle primers.
