So, what do you use and why? I was looking at Kydex but there are not many for a 10mm.

I just use a Gould and Goodrich double mag pouch for a 1911. The 10mm mags fit just fine.

The OAL for the .45acp and 10mm are essentially the same, the mags are the same dimensions. Any standard .45acp 1911 mag carriers should work for both.
