I just brought this home a few hours ago. A Nighthawk Tri Cut Carry that had been in a locked central display case with other expensive guns for nearly 4 years (it's a new, February 2019 build). I learned that they are a stocking Nighthawk dealer, but they are in an area where people don't really spend that much on guns, so it just sat behind glass until I rescued it.

I perused oned today as well. Made in Italy, I think it should be more elegant as the Italian steel workers make beautiful knives and they should take it upon themselves not to just stamp out a GI and say poof there. Meh.

yesterday’s before / after…been awhile on 1911

A couple of Giles guns. The ribbed one is a .45 SWC gun and the non-rib is a .38 Special Wadcutter conversion. That gun is really easy to shoot. Not unusual to tag a 6 inch plate I have hanging at 100 yards with just a miss or two here and there. I have target grips that came on them but the ivory and stag are more fun.
