1916 Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket .25 ACP - Price Drop!
Up for sale is a Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket. Designed by John Browning, this gun was produced in 1916. It features the magazine disconnect safety - but before the patent was finalized in 1917 (last patent date on the slide is 1910).
The gun has some wear, mostly on the slide, but not bad at all for 100+ years. Bore is good but I have never fired it. It comes with one 6-rd Colt magazine. I replaced the grip escutcheons and screw because one of them was stripped and the replacement brass is still shiny. I will include the original parts that were removed. The grips are original, though. I’ll include a cheap-o leather holster (came with the gun - not fitted).
