Never saw S&W revolver sights retrofit to a 1911. Must have been a customer request? Seems like a lot of work for that rather than a Bomar. Pretty cool!
1972 Colt Govt Model -- 45 ACP -- Custom
This is a very nicely upgraded Colt in that Classic 70's style. Gun's Sights beautifully upgraded to K frame sights, Lowered and flared ej port, Colt Ring hammer fit and action parts tuned, grip safety clearanced for ring hammer, Medium trigger fit, Front of trigger guard stippled, front strap nicely stippled, Arched MSH modified (awesome IMO) for grip, magwell beveled, and frame to slide lightly snugged. Sadly this nicely worked over Colt is not marked by a Smith.
