Damn - I saw a PERFECT holster for my grandson. He'll be home on leave for Christmas, then shipping out to Kuwait....but they can't get it here in time. Maybe for next year....<sigh>

I contacted them, the guy said that the wood grips they use are 6mm at the thickest point and that the leather adds 2mm to the entire surface.

Got a NN GI with magwell and those should work fine, grips sound a tad thick but I prefer thicker grips. Thanks for the info
