I'm looking for a load using the above bullets and powder.

    The kicker is that I'm looking for 135 - 140 PF (750 - 780fps).

Any help - good or bad - is appreciated.

You may want to change powder or load below min charge with that powder

It is a START load, not a MIN load. Starting load is usually based on the following "scientific" methods:
    1) 10-12% drop in charge weight from MAX.
    2) The charge that produces the velocity for a neat chart Where all loads start at the same velocity
    or
    3) The charge that produce what "they" consider a start pressure.
Best results are to move to faster powders as you lower pressure/velocity. Slower powders don't burn as well and can give very wide range of velocities.
