IMO. If wear is an issue, blued is not a top choice. Blued pistols are beautiful, even with some wear. My pistol is still new but I draw a lot during training. For better wear and corrosion protection, DLC. It's a bit pricey tho.

Doing a little instructing today. Must have been too hot as I had a light showing of Officers to shoot. Gave me the opportunity to burn about 200 training rounds for myself. The CC is running strong. Still no failures. This has been a great purchase for me.
