Got a bit of a front sight upgrade……can you say gold ball?

Holy cow it looks like a tumor! Seriously though, function over form right? I'll bet it picks up and reflects the light like a full moon, is that a new sight all together or just an "insert".

Think “white ball” sight but better……

Long story but I should have ordered a gold bead
This is a one off that the Master installed for me

Looks like something my gunsmith came up with for his carry gun, he did a few for us boys and said NO MORE! He would drill and tap a tiny hole in a target sight and install a gold shotgun bead. This was pre fiber optic days when a Novaks gold bead was well over 100! This was a poor mans gold bead. Palmeto farm boy front sight we called it. Say what you will, it works and is easy to see!!

What ever the case……it’s flipping awesome. Not sure if the gold ball will be available in the future. It was a one off by Rob
