It would be great to have one place to browse through ACW pictures, so please post what you have. Both pre and post Cabot guns are welcome!

My small collection of customized LB Concept 8, customized S&W PC lightweight round-tail, plus Anomaly. All commanders.

Hard Chrome Prime Elite just arrived. I'll grab some more photos in a bit. The slide to frame fit is awesome, feels extra tight.

Holy Smokes. Gorgeous. I have a similar order coming in the new year. Have they hit the ACW900 SN mark yet?

My favorite notification to get is a new post to this thread. Thanks for sharing.
This is ACW 815, the hard fit target says 10/10/21 if that gives you a sense of delivery date / serial numbers.

Looks great! And a non-serialized one, at that!! Super rare! 😂🤣
Looking forward to more pics. I’m about 2 months out on mine if it stays on schedule. I was told the hard chrome process is running a little slow.
Yeah, I'm not big on the visible serial number so I scrub it from the photos I post otherwise google makes it a searchable image afterwards. Google ACW815 and you'll see what I mean. Now you know where I bought it and how much I paid - ultimately I don't really care, but to me it kinda seems unnecessary for you to have this info so easily..

Just having a little fun with it. I get what you’re saying. I just think that people waste a lot of time and energy (not you) stressing over their serial numbers.

But the most important thing is that you’ve got an incredibly beautiful gun there and I’m looking forward to more pics and an eventual range report.
Yeah, no worries :) Also, I didn't mean "you" in the particular sense either, poor choice of words on my part, I should have been "anyone"

Alchemy Prime Charcoal Blue

The phone camera doesn't do it justice. I just picked this up today from the FFL and I'll have to work on getting better pics to share.

This addiction is real...real expensive

I kind of thought the same, then this became in available at Iron Cowboy. Its a new high 900s serial number. Hard fit too, right up my alley

@MGBD That is a beautiful 1911, I’m glad it went to a good home.
Thank you! I'm lucky to own it and going to give it good home though I might not run it as hard as some of the others . I'm just waiting to get invited to a Texas BBQ

A couple new pics of the Alchemy Prime Charcoal Blue, I haven't shot it yet, hoping to in the next few weeks. I scrubbed the serial number but the photo is otherwise untouched. The bluing is super nice. I didn't think they were making these anymore but one popped up brand new at Iron Cowboy a couple weeks back.

ACW‘s Charcoal finish costs a pretty penny, but rivals any blued finish I’ve ever seen. That’s stunning.
Thank you, I feel lucky to have grabbed it

According to Rob, the process requires an additional 10hrs to polish and prep before sending off to Turnbull. Thats where the pennies add up. Here is comparison shot between the finishes on the regular blued Prime Elite & Prime Charcoal Blue.

I'm done buying ACWs (for now). Likely going to hard chrome the lower on one of the prime elites for a two tone look. My favorite is still the Prodigy. I purchased 4 others from various shops while impatiently waiting for one I ordered through George back in September, which just got delivered this past weekend. I dig all of them and with few exceptions, they've made me dislike a majority of my other pistols. Rob makes cool things.. something about an ACW just resonates with me...I guess I like what I like. All 45ACP, except the Hi Cap 9mm. Most are hard fit, but not the Prodigy and Hi Cap.

New SK Mammoth Ivory on the Prime Elite. I tried them on the Charcoal Blue Prime but maybe a bit too much blue for me.
