Forgive me for my ignorance, is it bad to cock the hammer as opposed to racking the slide to dry fire?

No he’s just kidding. The Anomaly has a unique hammer and short beavertail to make it easier to conceal. Dry firing a 1911 is completely fine.

Shot the first 100 rounds through the Brimstone today, ran like a top. Rear sight wasn’t centered so rounds flew left. I fixed that at home afterwards. I must say this baby shot smooth, recoil felt quite light.

Got to shoot the Anomaly mentioned above. It’s a freaking tack driver. Both ACW’s just seem to have a hatred for the bullseye.
