or how about when we were growing up (early 80s) and had no money and $700 at $100 month put you in a G-Body

I think I was making $3 an hour

I moved to Houston for an oilfield job at almost $7 an hour. A few years later, I built this Rocket 350.

Heck, in 1977 with 2 kids a wife, no job and interest rates at 18%. I couldn't afford a Happy Meal never mind a G-body

Just picked up this unfired brimstone and put the first rounds through her. What a dream.

Need to find a nice OWB commander length holster if anyone knows of anything available.

Very nice!

Milt Sparks 1AT-RT is very good, but you'll be looking at a long wait.

Wright Leather Works makes a good pancake style holster. Lead time is about 9 weeks. They have some nice options for customizing. Predator™ Pancake Holster

Well I was just perusing my favorite leatherworker Ryan Grizzle's website and he just so happened to have a commander length Country Boy in stock. I never see anything in stock from him, and absolutely love his work, so this one felt like it was meant to be.

The shark leather is something that's never really appealed to me, but I'm starting to think it'll grow on me.

Great score on the Grizzle holster.

I was going to suggest Palmetto, because they have a turnaround of about twenty business days, but I would have jumped on Ryan's holster in a heartbeat.

Thanks, I happened to just place an order for the AIWB palmetto holster. First time with them, looking forward to it. This'll be my third holster from Ryan, absolutely phenomenal work.

I'm on my first Palmetto. True to their word, it was delivered very quickly. It's built really well, but their shade of mahogany is a bit too tan for my liking. And where some of my Grizzle's were super tight, this one is on the opposite side of the spectrum. Not too loose, but I won't be doing summersaults with the Palmetto.
