It would be great to have one place to browse through ACW pictures, so please post what you have. Both pre and post Cabot guns are welcome!

This is SO upsetting...there I was content with my 2 and now I think I need a Hicap. Whos plate is that and who did the grip? Boresight? That is pretty much the exact same thing I'd do

Alchemy Custom Quantico wide body with mods of choice...

I have made it no secret I am a fan of the wide body 1911 design. Until a couple days ago I hadn’t owned a Quantico wide body. I have the Quantico 1911 in .45 and I do like it, so I decided to pick up the wide body. I knew straight away I’d want some modifications done, so before I even shot it...

Thanks, sorry I asked then looked lol, found that just after asking. Looks great, and that is exactly what I want to do if I get one. Only question I have is did you go through Chambers or Brandon directly?

You buy the plate from Chambers and then tell him which one of the folks you want to install it, he ships it to them. I think there are 3 choices on his site of where you could send it.

Quantico needs to return to the mothership for some modifications, mainly ball cuts and cut the dust cover straight. Maybe a fiber optic front sight and ambi safety…possibly a flat trigger, who knows. I enjoy looking at them almost as much as I enjoy shooting them
