Here's one I had Rob work over when he was doing custom work on his own, I got to know Rob trough this site and had seen his work and was impressed with what I saw. I never met him personally only in phone calls and PM's here, but we decided after a few conversations here and by email as to what I wanted done. This started out as a new LES BAER UTC, I ran about 1500rnds. down it and decided I wanted to totally re-do it over. We discussed finish and what parts I wanted and this is what we came up with. Charcoal Bluing on Slide and Frame w/ Nitride Blue accents, Screws, Thumb Safety and Slide Stop. Finished off w/ VZ Carbon Fiber Grips. This is the only 1911 that I regret letting go of, I miss it to this day. Here are the only pics. I have of it after receiving it back from him.

Little range day this AM. Put 200 rds through the Prime, 20 through the 11.5 Colt, and 100 through the USP.
Prime was poa, poi. Ate everything without a hiccup. Such a nice shooter! No malfunctions. Shot from 10 yards out to about 45 yards. Was ringing steel without issue, at every distance.
The Prime out shot my new USP no problem. Sights need a slight adjustment on the HK and I have never liked 3 dot sights. I have a set of Dawson fo front with blacked out rear for it. My 11.5 Colt/eotech is a fkn lazer beam, so nothing tops it at the range, feels like cheating.
I only shot steel, so no targets to show, but I attached some dirty gun porn.
