It would be great to have one place to browse through ACW pictures, so please post what you have. Both pre and post Cabot guns are welcome!

Just picked up my Prime Compact. Glad to be in the sub 1000 serial number club!

Thanks for sharing! You wait time seems on the early side of projected wait times?
I just placed an order... trying to relax and not obsess over waiting, ha!

Wait times when I ordered were 6 months at the time so it was just about on time. The wait is rough but the best thing I did was to just work on other projects/etc and when I started to not be as excited about it I’d look through this thread and watch some 1911 syndicate YouTube videos on Alchemy haha. It’ll go by faster than you think!

I just got my first look at 989, ordered 4-1-21. Illinois has a 3 day wait so it looks like I’ll pick it up Friday after work.

Yes, i def have plenty of pistols to shoot/carry till my compact arrives! I have two new DW CCO to break in and work with... I'm a fiend for CCO for carry guns.
My DWs are aluminum frame, though... looking forward to an all steel CCO.

Your wait time will fly by then! 👍🏽 Feel like I don’t see that many guys getting the alchemy cco but man I think this is the ticket if you carry

My Alchemy is done! Per Nick, It’s got a final QC review, then I’ll get an email request for my FFL info.

It’s been along 10 months, almost to the finish line.

Mine turned out magnificent but I’m not posting pictures until I get some decent ones. Seems tighter than my Nighthawk was, when it first arrived

Awesome looking gun.

Every time I see pics of an Alchemy 1911 can't help but be jealous over the nice high grip you guys can take. They simply look like they'd feel PERFECT in hand.

After seeing pics like yours I decided to go ahead and get the ball cuts. ACW appears to really knock those outa the park....perfect alignment and cleanly done.

My wait officially began on Feb 3rd. It's gonna be a looong wait.

Folks, I received this gun back from Rob a couple days ago. I wasn't the first owner but I may just be the last. This gun had a cosmetic issue on the slide that was difficult to fix. I contacted Rob just looking for what could have caused it and what does he do? He puts a new slide on it for me! I don't know that I've even talked to the guy but I've admired the Alchemy's that have passed through my hands, in particular the last one; ACW333. This one actually pre-dates Cabot/Alchemy, and it is all the more special because of that and what Rob did to it.
