It would be great to have one place to browse through ACW pictures, so please post what you have. Both pre and post Cabot guns are welcome!

Oh i know it! Ive been wanting a classic 1911. no light. No rail. No dot.

i got it blued, with gold bead, ball cuts, ambi’s, and the hard fit barrel.

New walnut checkered grips from @Highfiguregrips. I’ll stick with these for awhile as everyday shooters

on your DC-1, is the thumb break - both the strap and back part removeable? (it appears the strap is, just curious on the back thumb snap part)

if you order all black as you did, is it tan or natural leather on the inside?

No. You must pick the configuration at the point of ordering.

The “inside” is both, black on the base side and tan on the formed front.

The thumb break configuration must be selected at the time of order.
The inside is black on the flat base leather and tan on the inside of the formed formed outer leather.

Ordered my HC Prime Elite on 6/21 and picked it up today. Exactly 10 months. The hard chrome is gorgeous. Pics don’t do it justice. So glad I went that route with it.

I talked to Nick and apparently the numbering system isn’t what we all thought. They do runs of frames so you can still get one under 1000 if you order the right thing.

I have a Prodigy in 9 super sweet shooter, my Classic Carry is a 45 and I really like it, recoil is a lot less than I expected. My next commander will be a 9 or a 38 though.
