It would be great to have one place to browse through ACW pictures, so please post what you have. Both pre and post Cabot guns are welcome!

My small collection of customized LB Concept 8, customized S&W PC lightweight round-tail, plus Anomaly. All commanders.

What do you need for your other guns? Because you know the reason ACW only sends out basic grips is because they know you're going to swap them out anyways, right?
Ha, you beat me to it by mere seconds!
I went with wood because i knew that i was changing them out for better grips.
The grips that ACW use are... meh.
ACW knows that most people change out the grips, so they keep overall costs down by tossing on some "meh" grips, ha!
Hehe, I was going to call them crappy, but amended my statement to "basic". "Meh" works good.

Oh I actually really liked the look of the wood grips that come with the Primes haha...
I would be using the Primary Compact as a carry gun, so even though are considered "meh", how are they in terms of grip? especially for sweaty hands?

The black G10 grips are very grippy, the brown wood grips are meh lol. The one on right is ACW grips the other two are Woodcaliber

I ordered a pair from Wood Caliber after receiving the base grips that are shown here on my Prime Compact.

I don't know how the factory grips perform, because i had some aftermarket grips ready to install before my ACW even was delivered, ha!
In my mind, the factory grips are like driving a Porsche that has plastic snap-on wheel covers!

I agree. I like both the looks and my performance with these grips. Basic but beautiful IMO. They feel perfect in my hands

Love that style of grips.... I've changed out all of my grips with custom G10's.
Most factory grips get too slippery, especially in the warm months with sweat and dust.

I just ditched the original checkered grips on my ACW for a pair from High Figure, and the High Figures have a better-quality checkering to them. They've made a noticeable improvement to the feel of the gun. My factory pair had a very mild checkering to them.

ACW grips are like Glock sights... designed to keep the cost down, cuz they know you're going to ditch them!

Help me decide people…was initially set on an all blued prime compact but now I’m leaning towards a two tone one…which one should I get ?
Two tones are classic!!!!

I was on the fence myself but I am a hard fit due to hand size that I opted to go all blue. I plan to shoot the hell out of it and send it in down the road for HC frame.

Apologies if I am misunderstanding, but are the all blue ones bigger in size than the HC ones?

1911s vary in size based on model but not finish. Blued vs. hard chrome, same sized gun, but blued looks much nicer.
