Picked up my 38 Super this morning. Thanks Jess @Wichita Gun Club. Threw my SK grips on it, now to go try out my first 38Super.

I can't keep my fingas off the long smoove trigger.....surface feels super......but the joy really kicks in when it's pressed....clean, crisp and invigorating break. I can't friggin wait until I get her to the range.




I'd go this evening and shoot....but I'm too dang tired from work. I'll go in the morning.....while I still have the mornin' wood and drill the targets like a porn star.

This bitch gonna have light saber sound effects when I pull it out of the belted 55BN.


Hopefully I'll do my part and give it a good showing.

love how they blacked out the Barrel Bushing and ring hammer and keep the lower all stainless. Classy looking & one of a kind

There truly is no wrong way to order an ACW.

Each of their finishes look great to me......and will look great 1,000's of rounds later....as evidenced by the wonderful weaponry in this very thread.

Thanks....I love the black bushing....another thing that is messing me up, though is the trigger.


Messing me up because each of my guns with curved long solid triggers......are now screaming for this long solid & SMOOTH version. Feels a gazillion times better to me than serrated surface.

Hit the range today for a maiden voyage.










Ran two different Federal 230gr loads....ball & hollow point....in various magazines.

Zero trouble whatsoever.

Very smooth shooting pistola.....so smooth, in fact, that I just wanted to let it ride.

15yd target, standing w/ both paws and 54yo eyesight....screaming for corrective lenses soon.
