What is this NFL they speak of?
God bless the old Soldiers, Sailors Marines and Airmen........God Bless America
For decades I've been at a loss as to why Americans put so much stock in the opinions of sports stars, actors, and comedians.
Oorah!!! I don’t watch anymore and I don’t miss it one bit. They can continue to play with themselves, they just won’t see any of my money. Either will any advertiser that mentions they support the nfl.
I have been a huge sports fan for many years. Mostly Hockey and football. No more. I will never watch another sporting event. FK them...
I remember when the US boycotted the Olympics for political reasons and the US gov’t came under heavy fire. Never again.
I like sports, football was a preferred. I haven't watched it for two years except for playoffs last year because they couldn't kneel. Now all of pro sports is jumping on a politically pressured band wagon for ‘justice’. Like them not playing is going to upset my life. Yarrite! Time off from watching the game to load ammo, build guns...SHOOT MORE!
I only watched for about 15 minutes to see what it was like without fans.
Those guys are hypocrites, most can't read, write or balance a check book and they want to express thier opinion on social justice. Yeah right.

^^^. ditto that. Skewed opinions by individuals out of touch with what is occurring. Rose colored glasses tainted by elitism cover their eyes. Political correctness weakens their convictions and lessens resolve to stand when the chips are really down. Things are always ideal when bathed in wealth and fanfare.
My father fought in WWII, Korea, and a couple other nasty conflicts. And Vietnam. I was not a protester but a supporter of our troops there. I was not overly popular among the “in” groups. I am not popular in some modern circles.
Dad explained responsibility, loyalty and courage to me. For me, this was just after I graduated high school. I was upset when the masses of draft dodgers who fled to Canada were allowed back after the war with complete amnesty. I told him why since he had done his duty but they shunned theirs. He told me he didn’t blame them. That hit me flat footed. He understood, “No sane man wants to fight in war. Its horrible, its ugly”. I then asked puzzled, “So it would have been okay if I had done it?”. He responded, “No, I expect more from you”. One sentence...years of education and value.
I will not watch any sports that support a racist, socialist, non- American viewpoint.
Sports used to be a place where everyone could seek refuge and come together...
Unfortunately, no longer.
God Bless America
Used to be a hard core NFL fan. No more. I recently threw them in the $hitcan to join all the other so-called pro sports that I haven't bothered to watch for years. Screw 'em. With any luck, the NFL will soon run out of money and these idiots will be forced to venture out into the real world and apply their skills to a new career. I suspect that many will be asking the question: 'would you like fries with that?'
Let them grab a shovel like the rest of of privileged m/f
I was a huge fan as a younger man up until Art Model took the Browns to Baltimore. It was then that I realized it's always just about the money. You could not find a more loyal fan base than Cleveland Browns fans and the league let us down. Right now more than ever we need a few hours to escape from politics, the virus, the election, the economy, etc.. and what happens the league let's us down again. Throw in Free Agency, Dream Teams, taking game's off to rest, and Multi-Million Dollar contracts it's no wonder people are done. Good luck negotiating your next contract.
Absolutely have not watched since the take a knee thing began. I haven't missed a moment and now have more for far better things. I hold no respect for their opinions. I truly hope this boycott spreads far and wide.
God bless all those who serve or have served and God bless the USA
Why is the national anthem played at sports games? Is there a reason behind it?
For the record, I don't watch sports. Never have.
So those azzholes know how lucky they are to be getting paid what they do to play a game..
Well if that's the case shouldn't it also be played when you go to vote?
Not wasting time on those lowlifes playing a game leaves more time for reloading.
Thank you for posting that @Mike Meints. They are overrated and overpaid idiots.
I have never understood why we pay those who entertain us more than we do those who save our lives, teach us, or make our lives better.
I have never understood it either.
