FOR SALE: LNIB ANDRE THORBURN HAND MADE CUSTOM FLIPPER.
HAVENT HAD THIS Bu a little over a YEAR. BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED BLUE ANODIZED TITANIUM LINER LOCK. SCALES MADE WITH SILVER LIGHTENING STRIKE CARBON FIBER HAND POLISHED & CONTOURED WITH HAND ENGRAVED AND HEAT ANODIZED ZIRCONIUM BOLSTERS (ALL ENGRAVING DONE BY MR. THORBURNS WIFE.) THIS IS A SUPER CLASSY GENGTLEMEN’s CARRY WITH A BEAUTIFUL HAND RUBBED SATIN DROP-POINT BLADE THATS NEVER BEEN SHARPENED OR ABUSED. THE BLADE DEPLOYS VIA AN UNOBTRUSIVE FLIPPER TAB WITH FUNCTIONAL JIMPING THAT ROCKETS THE BLADE OUT GIVING YOU THAT THORBURN “THWACK” ALL DUE TO HIS MASTERY OF GEOMETRY & PRECISION. THE BLADE RUNS ON CERAMIC IKBS (Which are about 12-15 loose, super small bearings that will not rust or corrode through the lifeof the knife.) The blade literally falls shut after disengagement of the liner that has thee most perfect lock-up on a knife with absolutely no blade-play in any direction. The blade locks into the Ceramic Detent once it falls shut. The entire spine of the knife is hand filed and anodized a light blue & purple. He tops it off with a contoured titanium deep-carry pocket clip with a ceramic bearing at the end of the clip for easy in-and-out of the pocket with-out tearing your pocket to shreads.
