    Bump.

I recently picked up a Colt 1911C frame and am looking for inspirational pics.

I have several Karl Sokol guns.

Karl does top notch work and can fix anything.

I had Karl build a up a colt commander a last year.

Karl builds a no frills fighting gun.

I just had Karl put two short Harrison triggers in my les bears.

Not a 1911 but still an example of Karl Sokol's work. The leather is from Wes Dahl of Privateer Leather.

    12 weeks-ish. Pretty reasonable, I thought!

Yep. Probably very reasonable when you consider some gunsmiths have return times measured in years rather than months.

What work did you have done?
