I'll pass and go for the real deal.

Unless you buy one for $299 - the CDNN price... Some of the gun store prices I have seen charged are too close to a real beretta price to bother.

I can buy a regular 92FS for $499 NEW at Houston gun shows all day long.

The MS380 looks like an interesting inexpensive piece for someone who is recoil sensative but it seems to be about the same size as a 92 compact. Anyone have the dimensions of both for comparison?

There is a fullsize and a centurion versin.

A Centurion (either the official Beretta one or the ATI copy) has the same length barrel and slide as a compact, but it is a fullsize grip. The actual Beretta Compact has a 13 round mag, and a little shorter grip.

I was actually asking about the .380 MS380 Cheetah copy. I shot one long ago and from what I remember, it was smaller than the 92 Compact I have right now but I'm not sure since the barrel lengths are the same.

I have never seen an ATI copy of the Beretta Cheetah 380 - I didn't click on the copy because I assumed you meant the Centurion. Sorry.

I just looked. There is enough slight differences in their 92 copies and this - I gotta say that the ATi copies just don't look as good as the real Berettas...

    I'd pass and get a real 84 or 85...

I'd rather have the real deal, the $200 I'd save is not worth it to me.
