I hope you have one near you.
Find it and try it !!
Or move !!
Best Chicken on the planet.
Says so right there on their website.
I just knew you were an alright guy and this proves it! Gus rules! They just opened one in Birmingham, so I'm going on Chicken Pilgrimage soon. I hope it's as good as the old hole-in-the-wall in downtown Memphis.
I wasn't sure if anyone had even heard of this place glad someone has.
Hmmmm, Chamblee, GA
Gonna have to give them a try and post up a "range report" . . . . . . .
You won't be sorry it's as good as a 38 super.
Would that be a free range report?
Hate to say it, Popeyes...
Great seafood, but I go for the chicken.
Dangit, now I'm hungry.
I’m gonna have to hit up our local Gus’s.
I have 1 5 blocks from my house. I had it 2 nights ago.
I still prefer Frenchy’s http://www.frenchyschicken.com/
A little too localized. All I see are Houston area locations.

We had one of the best chicken restaurants of all time here in Fremont, called Serwins! Sucks because they closed a decade ago and there’s nothing else as good!!
I hear ya. I am a huge fan of Popeye's, Bogangles, and Church's chicken.
I will give these guys a try and report my findings.
Mrs. White's Golden Rule Cafe. Only one of them in a nasty part of Phoenix, but the food is tremendous. Real fried chicken in a cast iron skillet, not frozen chick parts formed into some mass.
The real question is how does it compare to @limbkiller's fried chicken?
Where do you think he got the recipe?
They have a location in Lexington Kentucky.
I like Bojangles best of the chains. Church's and Popeye's are both good too. Not a KFC fan at all.
I’ve been to the Gus’s location in downtown Memphis. Did not know they went franchise.
Hodak’s in South St. Louis Is tuff to beat (Red’s turf). It a nice sit down restaurant, that serves some pretty darn good chicken! Best to arrive early!! For take out, I like King Edwards in St. Charles (awesome baked beans)!
