Looking for recommendations on concealed carry holster for my 1911. I'm considering the alien gear inside the waistband 3.0. Any opinions or better options out there?

I concur! I have a TT gunleather slim XC for my DW CCO...thing is wicked comfortable...a bit more rake than I need (I believe they are at 25 degree's)...but it conceals well and comfy...

Sparks SS or warbird. Have a Kramer inbound. We'll see how it stacks up to the proven designs. If you're looking for strait kydex I recommend Vedder.

The Black Arch offerings look nice but I haven't tried em. Garrett gets good reviews too. Only started carrying daily about a year ago. My holster box is growing...

I don't do IWB, so have no opinion on them. I do notice that after awhile, lots of quality IWB holsters end-up for sale on 1911Forum as opposed to OWB. That says something to me.

Another vote for the Milt Sparks VM2. Just ordered my third because a fella needs color options. Lol
It carrys high and has a metal reinforced mouth.i carry a full size with this holster in Texas heat in Jean's and a t shirt.
