It's an '88 manufactured gun. It is a forged frame, has no drain hole, but has no milled sights cuts...so I guess it's a "transition" gun.
I bought it from the original owner who did not shoot it much. I bought it with the intention of sending it to Don Williams for a full build, but ended up buying a Williams built gun. So I'm going to send him a Colt Gov't instead. Honestly this gun is probably too nice to use as a base gun anyway...
I did pull out the magazine disconnect, but I will include it.
It is currently wearing a pair of Navidex derlin grips, but the original walnut stocks will be included as well.
Faint marks in bluing on starboard side of muzzle. Last picture shows it.
