The factory BUL 9mm "2011" mags seem pretty good. Sturdy mag tube. 19 round capacity. And MSRP of around $60 probably ain't bad. But it would be nice to have options.

Conversion to Staccato/STI mags runs $75 from Sean Prasky. But this probably only makes sense if a person has a fat stack of mags already.

So what other options might exist? What about the P18.9 mags from Mec-Gar? I know people were cutting on P14 mags for the BUL M5 back in the day. But I don't know how the M5 compares to the SAS II etc.

None of the others will work correctly out of the box. People used to mod the Para magazines by enlargening the top of the mag catches to lower where they sat, but it was never a terribly good solution.
