Buying first Cabot; thoughts?

I’ve got the urge to buy a Cabot. I currently have two custom 1911s with my NHC Agent 2, and my Ed Brown custom. I was wondering how much better (or worse, you never know) a Cabot is. There’s definitely differences in my NH and EB, like I think my Agent 2 is smoother where as my EB is tighter. What can I expect from say, either a Nero or an Apocalypse? Those are the two Cabot’s I’m looking at and I know it comes down to the material and finish that separates them. The gun would be in a commander size, I only have one other commander 1911 with my Colt combat elite. What do you guys think? Thanks.!
