Are these things fool proof ? What about if the bushing is staked ?

Any others I should look at ?

    Thanks

Awesome tool. Used one the other day. Brian is a genius. Had the pleasure of meeting him a few weeks back.

They are fantastic as all of Brian’s products are. Would not remove a bushing without one. I’ve removed some that should have been very hard but with the Challis tool, no problem.

And yes, they are fool proof.

I just placed an order for some of his bushings and o rings last night. Hovered my mouse over this tool, will probably wish I'd bought it when I try to wrench the bushings out of an old Colt I bought them for.

These are definitely worth the investment, even if you only use it once. Great product!

Yeah, I reckon I'd pay $25 bucks to not go to bed having gotten 3 of four bushings off!

I freaking love those things. I built a special place for mine right at the top of my maintenance box. Well worth the money to do the job right.

I recently ordered the Challis bushings and o-rings. They certainly lived up to the hype. I've never had trouble getting bushings off, but probably will now that I've said this.

Seriously. I want that same setup. Really digging the idea of a maintenance box. Sure beats my Timberland shoe box setup...

They don’t work on DW bushings unless Brian is producing them now.

I really cannot afford another addiction at this point, and yet I am most intrigued by this tool box...

I have used both of Brian’s bushing removal tools. They’re fantastic, I highly recommend them!!
If you’re removing the Thin Colt bushings, like from the Wiley Clapp’s, you may want ask Brian about tips or tricks. He’s a great guy to deal with!

Fixers . . . always thought of myself as an operator and will drive, fly and shoot the sh#t out of it. Never been smart enough to fix stuff though. You guys rock!

I have both tools and they are excellent. Its inventor kept it simple and spot on . I used the short one on my dw valor without a hitch. I find it makes me look like a pro at that job.
