Folks everytime I get a set of grips from Bob I think it's as good as it will get.
    Then I get another set.
I sent him this pic and asked if he could make a set of grips with this on them.

He said he would give it a try, he had a couple ideas.
He sent me a few pics of samples of woods that he had and I picked one.
The results are beyond my expectations by a long shot.
Take a look at these sneak peak pics he sent me......

    Lmao!

Gents, this pattern offers just a bit of rough stippling texture - you’re not gonna get a VZ G10 Style bite (grip) from it. I’d imagine Bob would work with you and stipple more of the grip panel for you - for more traction. This is just the style of grip and design that I liked.

I will say, these are my EDC grips. The VZ’s got replaced as soon as I took a stock picture of my Marvel. And the Cherokee Hills Grip panels have not been off since. They are comfortable for carry. They don’t snag clothes, and they don’t run my fat raw (AIWB).

My wife, my Dad, and I have all shot my Marvel for a total of 300 rounds. No one has complained about the grips. My wife even stated that she loved the marvel and wanted to carry it, that’s cause she hates shooting .45.

Some guys think you need cheese grater grips for a fighting gun... I say, you just need a pair of Cherokee Hills Grips. ;)
