I ordered slide milling service from CHPWS. On checkout, the site said that someone would be contacting me over the phone to arrange payment, that they do this to prevent credit card fraud. No one ever contact me. I have reached out to them several times via email (their contact us page does not have a phone number just a form submittal) and have not received any response at all. This has gone on for over a month. Has anyone heard of any issues going on with that shop?

They are severely questionable with both customer service and business practices. I've had gotten three bum optic plates from them and they blocked me on IG when I posted about it. There are plenty of other companies that do optic cuts. I've used Jagerwerks, PMM, ATEI and Cajun Gun Works.
