Addicts,
The pistol is Sold Pending Funds

Yes, this is my first for sale post in the classified section. Please do you homework on me and you will see I am new to this great forum and the high-end 1911 market but I have +331 feedback on AR15.com (for whatever you think that is worth).

I am selling this pistol because it never gets used and I have caught the addiction and saving up for a semi or full custom 1911 build.

For sale is a very lightly used blued Colt Competition Government model with 5" slide and national match barrel in .45 ACP. This is as it was bought a few years ago. This pistol was fired less than 150 rounds and is in great shape.

I am asking $1,000 now $950 FTF in Tampa, FL. If you are outside of Tampa, it is $1,075 now $1,025 shipped CONUS to your FFL. Your FFL must accept from a non-FFL. If your state requires the pistol to come from an FFL, my FFL charges me $50 to handle so the price will need to reflect that additional cost. If you think my asking price is unreasonable, feel free to send me an e-mail or PM/IM to let me know and feel free to make a reasonable offer.

Again, I will cover shipping with tracking and full value insurance. The pistol comes in its original box with everything that came from the factory. The pistol would ship in its case inside of a box. I will provide a copy of my D/L to your FFL and will provide the buyer a Bill of Sale if requested.

For a FTF sale I can accept cash only. For a shipped deal I can accept USPS money orders, cash, Zelle, or PayPal friends and family (with no comments at all in the notes). I am not interested in any trades. If you want the pistol please post that you will take it and send me an PM/IM so we can work through payment and shipping details.

If you have any questions I will do my best to answer them. If you want additional pictures of anything in particular let me know and I will do my best to take them. Sorry about the "Mragu" in a few of the pictures but it avoids having people ask me to verify my ads with some random picture. All of the pics were taken at the same time and I just forgot to put the name tape in some of them.

Thanks for looking and I look forward to someone telling me if my asking price is out of line.

Back to the top with a price drop.

If you are covering shipping costs and FFL accepts from non FFl wouldn't price also be $950? Or am I completely confused?
I believe the $950 price tag is for a face to face transaction, no shipping involved. $1,025 is shipped directly from seller. Additional cost is incurred when enlisting an FFL on the shipping end. Hope this clears it up a bit. This is a really nice pistol!!!

Dasroofr's comment is correct (and thank you for the compliment). FTF has no shipping cost. I will ship it CONUS for $1,025 or actual shipping cost, whichever is less. To have my FFL ship to State's where it must come from an FFL is actual/estimated shipping +$50. On average the overnight shipping of a pistol is about $75. So, in short, to use my FFL to ship it is $1,075.
Hoss, mark the thread sold. If it doesn't work out, just register it
