My experience with Colt was very good. My 1911 was ejecting straight back into my face. Colt got it and returned it 5 weeks later and it ejected perfectly.

Has anyone had experience with Colt customer service regarding warranty work?

Great to hear! One of mine (new) has a blem in the stainless, the worst fit trigger ever, and shoots, literally, all over the place.
