    I am very rarely one to post in progress pics these days, shop is busy and it gets in the way of the process, but since this build started here on the board, and the Owner is excited about what I believe will be his first full custom, I will give it a go.

    This one is for you Greg ;)

    Just back form Accurail, Had the BTGS in and swinging before it left, today installed the Harrison Trigger and OS Ejector, cut frame for the Chen Max Bevel and dressed it up a little.

    Haven't seen an accu-rail in awhile. Is it better than a weld and refit?

    I think it is THE solution on an aluminum frame such as this one :):)

    Duh, forgot about the LW part. What about steel guns?

    I still like welding on those, but I could see a value on a steel gun too if it was going to see super high round counts

    I owned one of the LW Gov'ts for awhile and after I knocked the razor sharp edges off of it, I loved it. Traded it away and kinda regretted it...

    I drug my feet a little too long on your initial offering and I'm afraid I'm really going to regret it now!

    SWEET!!!

    @Karl Beining
    May I inquire as to the method of attachment the accurail is secured to the alloy frame?
    I assume it must be secured in some manner as to not move forward or rearward.
    Just curious.
    BTW: Thank you for the posting, as I know this takes time out of your full work schedule.

    Sure, this picture shows the front of the Accu'rod' that is bent 90 degrees and seats into a hole the Doug drills in the frame, they are replaceable

    Well, despite @Steve Owens being in here all day feeding me pizza and BS I did sneak in a little work today, dressing and (in my opinion) prettying up the grip portion of the grip safety, Hope @Greg6640 likes it :happy:
