This gun originally came with a 10-8 bobbed hammer, which I didn’t like the look of. I had Jojo’s Gunworks fit the Commander hammer that is on it now, I have the 10-8 hammer as well.

I also had Jody at Jojo’s Gunworks scallop the grip safety for a higher hold on the pistol. He then refinished the gun in hard chrome. They use the same chrome shop as Colt in East Hartford.

When SACS built this they cut the front serrations on the right side a little off. I don’t know if it’s the angle or the depth, but it’s pretty minor, you have to have the right light to see it.

Most of the parts are engraved by SACS with the last 4 digits of the serial number.

When I got the gun I found it shot a little high for me. So I sent it to John Harrison and he installed his ledge three dot night sights.

I thought you were talking about how they looked like they were two different colors. One side looks black in the pictures.

I have the original safety that came with the gun. I had this one fitted by Jojo’s Gunworks as well.

It came with a bobbed 10-8 hammer, I have that too and I had this for me fitted by Jojo’s as well. So it’ll come with both hammers and safeties.

Gotcha. Yes. They did that and then plated it.

That's a lot of gun , rearward right side fcs appears to not be at same angle as left side but it could just be pic angle. Lots to like on this pistol, with work completed by some of the best
