Could this be a Navy marksmanship pistol

One of my local gun shops thought this may be from the Navy Marksmanship program. I picked it up on Gunbroker some years ago. I have no information or background on it whatsoever. I checked with colt and no information there. Didn’t think there would be. Serial number 5662-NM these are the only pics I have at the moment, but will post more. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The Colt website (serial number look up)says it is a 1960 National Match.

The seal on the grips looks like a Department of the Army eagle. Grips are an easy swap, of course.

I just learned that you do not put the dash in the serial number when you look it up. 🤦‍♂️
