I've often thought it would be helpful to have a thread with current ammo prices, particularly range ammo. Something searchable that could be easily used to locate a deal when the next thousand rounds are needed. I don't think if would be inappropriate to list the name of the vendor as it's all for the benefit of the users here. Here's today's order.. Ron

CCI Blazer 230gr .45ACP FMJ 50 round box from Natchez Shooters Supply for $17.99. Order 10 or more boxes and you pay $16.99/box.

with shipping charges on 500 - 1000 rds, I can't beat WWB 100rd boxes from Wally World...I shopped and shopped online but in the end ~$35/bx is fair enough to not be able to beat any online deals. (.45Auto)

Great Guns in Liberty, MO has Federal Champion 230g FMJ for 339.99 for a 1000 round case, or 17.99 a 50 round box. Best deal I've been able to get lately.
You can usually get a 1000 rounds of MBI 230gr FMJ for about 360 delivered from Lucky Gunner. I never have though.

Walmart was $32.97 here for a few years, but went up to $35.97 earlier in the year. I never go there anymore. They wore me out during the ammo scare with fruitless trips.. They're very busy all the time (here) and it takes forever to get in and out. Plus we have the oppressive sales tax in Tennessee as well.. Ron
