So I have 2 or maybe 20 addictions and one of them is a CZ another is the 1911 and I’m very fond of what Dan Wesson brings to the table, hell I believe I still have my COTEP card somewhere around here. But back to the point, I literally pissed myself when CZ was showing off their DWX 5” either full length pic-rail/dust cover all in forged steel :0) or the Compact model with the same options both holding that CZ staggered round magazines giving you I believe 15 + or 18+ with what looked to be just as thin as regular 1911; this was at this years 2020 shot show.

I’ve had a CZ P-01 omega that with dreamy ergos that felt super close to a 1911 but with some curvature that gives you that high ride and no need for a grip safety..

All I know is I’m getting one for my carry rotation so I will be going with the compact full length pic-rail and I’m chomping at the bit, is there anyone else wanting a variant of the DWX or just wanting a pistol/rifle etc.so bad and you have never even held it or shot it??

(Just threw some comparisons of my CZ P01 Omega that I miss along with the other two missed beauties) the DWX Compact is pictured at the bottom.

I haven't found them in the wild yet.
That said the DWX is on my list.
Haven't decided on which one I want just yet. Kind of torn between full and compact.
I’m just getting both f it! Lol

Im a fan of the PO1 as well. I’m keeping my funds ready for DWX release.

yesterday was going back and forth test running a shadow versus a rented staccato P. Range reflection, prefer the CZ style grip throwing my hand up high on the pistol without tearing the web of my hand with the beaver tail and thumb safety as well as those inexpensive, proven and readily available magazines.

I believe I would be happy with one or both :), but if just one I believe I'd go with the compact. I hope to find a compact somewhere near me so I can get a good feel for it before buying.

From my research, the compact would feel like a CZ75 P01. I’m a lil excited for it and palmettos state armories mp5 variant and their buffer less Ar platform. Oh and I might try for one of there new glock clones that will run $300 out the door. No hump on the grip; u can use all gen3-gen5 components also yippie
