Wow, it has been a little while since I was on their sight but when did this happen? I also saw the Heritage RZ45, RZ10, Specialist (commander too), PM9-45-38 are all discontinued also. I hope there are some very good replacement models coming out.

Seriously wow, Looking through their product page I don't see it? It shows 2020 options as far as I can see. I think they are just adding new features to these guns. The Heritage I see offered for 2020 has front strap checkering, older models had no checkering. And of course the prices have went up..

Checkering alone usually costs $200 or more, right?

With the Guardians, I would reccomend 2017 model year or earlier for maximum compatibility with Ed Brown mainspring housings.

Brown Leather Tan Liver Everyday carry

I'm a huge fan of the snakeskin MSH's and how they increase your grip purchase in your hand.

The Guardian shows up for me. So does the Specialist (both full size and commander). The A2 Commander is gone.

If you go under discontinued models they list them there, they have redone the Specialist and other models. They probably have new model numbers now so the old ones are considered discontinued, I see now.

Sorry must have jumped the gun. It seems like they all got new model #'s. I knew before Christmas they were there, then today I went straight to the discontinued section to look at specs on the Valkyrie and I saw all these discontinued. I never went into the new model section til now. So all is back to normal, whew!

Any chance anyone knows serial number cutoff for this?
No I don't, but @TheCollector was one of the first to discover the recontouring of the bobtail. Perhaps he, and others, can share their serial numbers of a post contour change gun.

My two guns are obviously compatible. My latest manufactured gun is s/n# 1402800, 2014 year of manufacture.

If enough folks post, I'm sure it can be narrowed down. I am thinking a number starting with 17xxxxx should be good, but @TheCollector should be able to confirm.

Mine is a 1,903,xxx and it’s a 9mm bobtail
Its a Modified bobtail in the sense that an Ed Brown MSH won't fit it without considerable blending. Whereas the early models would accept the MSH with little or no mismatch.
