Can a Dan Wesson PM7 (.45ACP) be converted to a Super .38? Is this just a barrel change or does it require adjustment to the extractor, ejector, etc.? Needs different magazines of course.
    Thank you

This conversion is not practical, and is only possible with building up an new slide, including extractor, firing pin and block, due to the breech face dimension of the 45 being too large.
The 38 super simply won’t feed or extract.
Then you would also need to replace the ejector on the frame.
This would cost more than just buying a PM-38.
