Experior

I have the compact Experior. Love the gun. It’s my wife’s favorite gun to shoot. I carry it some, seem to reach for my EDC X9S for concealed carry. The Experior is very accurate. The grip feels like it was molded for my hand. Staccato/STI’s seem to have a square grip, this grip feels rounded if that makes sense. Don’t have a full size EDC X9 to compare against.

Have a compact. Very good/great trigger and very soft shooting. Too easy to shoot fast for a carry gun.

I have one, 4 inch with optic and rail. It is my first nice pistol. It is very easy to shoot, bit it has a flaw i did not realize when i bought it. They are just different enough to require custom holsters. I put mine for sale on GB for that reason. Before anyone asks, I will not accumulate 40 posts on a forum in my lifetime, much less on one forum in one year, so I can't use the classifieds here. That is disappointing also.

I waffled a lot on getting the 4.25 inch versus 4 inch Experior double stack, and in the end since it’s for carry I decided 4 inches was just fine for 9mm because that quarter inch isn’t going to affect much of anything velocity wise on a 9mm, and with a red dot sight radius increase point. Plus I’m debating on having the front of it ported or something similar, and a bull barrel makes that all the easier.

As far as pure looks go, I do think bushing commanders look nicer and more classic than a bull barrel, and to be fair a lot of reason people get an Experior over an edcx9 is the more slide classic look. So it’s a tough choice.

I'm using 4" Experior double stack as my duty weapon, I'm searching for 5-inch model so I can give the 4-inch one to my wife.

They didn't stop making the Experior compact DS.
