Finally back to shooting after breaking my left arm in two places on March 24! 2 gun match, heavy metal scope (308 & 45). Wore the shirt too! Kicked ass, 1 delta, all alpha, all steel hit! This 65 year old doing it. Several pics taken of my addicts shirt too. Thanks Lord for helping me heal so fast. (armstill looks a little FB_IMG_1592596613299.jpg

I'm also 65. I know how hard it is to recover. I'm having my 6th back surgery Monday. Good for you. I'll be down a week or two.

Good luck @Jimhoag and heal fast!
I won't lie, arm was sore as hell after the shoot as I did not take into account my having to lean on it on a few barricades...duh. And every morning it takes a couple of hours for it to chill out from sleeping. Never broke anything before. It was 8 weeks before I could even carry a 12 pack. I'm 80% currently. Be careful everyone and slow down. Thanks for the warm comments!

Tundra pickup with factory plastic bed liner. We got the piece of furniture put in, I jumped up on tailgate which did not like my hiking shoes..slippery as ice. Feet went right out from under me, I did a complete 180 in the air and landed in the corner of the drive way where someone had thrown a few shovels of concrete at one time. Ugly jagged sh*t. I landed on my left arm, girlfriend grabbed the back of my shirt on the way down and kept my head from hitting the stairs. As she kept telling me it could have been much worse. The trauma from the cast being on was unbelievable. Still can't make a tight fist, getting there though.
The Tundra now has rubber mats on the tailgate and bed.

Damn. You need to buy your girlfriend something nice. She likely saved you from some serious head trauma. Glad you are OK.
