My brother bought his first gun this weekend, a Glock 45. He did all the research, went and held guns, watched YouTube, read reviews and he's shot my collection of 1911's twice before. All on his own he decided the G45 was his choice. I took him to the range Saturday and helped him get acquainted with his gun and gun safety in general. I ran three total magazines through it and was thinking the whole time if this was the gun I had to own I'd quit shooting. I hated it, the trigger is horrific, the weight feels all wrong. He loves it and it's all the matters but it helped me make up my mind that I'm off my "want a G43 kick".
