So I recently purchased a new Garrison because of my experience with Springfield. I had my first range session the other day and experienced a couple of ftf using some Bul Armory 10 round mags ,so I switched back to the Springfield mags that I had with me and had no further problems. Now that said , when I got home and cleaned it , I noticed a couple of things that looked odd to me . I’ve owned a variety of brands and calibers and have never noticed this kind of fitting even with less expensive models.
Here’s a couple of pics , maybe some of you more skilled guys can tell me if this seems right ?

After Reassembled the gun I noticed the slide seemed just so slightly off …
And the hammer face has a good portion of its finish worn .
The pistol only has just over a hundred rounds. I have other 1911’s. With thousands of rounds through them and they don’t show any oddities like this .
Help me out guys , does it need to go back to Springfield or am I over reacting?
