I live in north Alabama, hence the user name. I came late to the 1911 and am still having my struggles with the platform. I am determined, however and somehow, to master same. I have accumulated several nice 1911s in various calibers over the last two years, so now it is up to me to learn how to shoot them well. The ammo budget will get a very substantial boost this year. I am glad to be here.
