I've always been a big fan of the Glock 21, mine have always been smooth, sweet shooters.
25 rounds of PMC Bronze 230 FMJs, freestanding @ 7 yards. 84 degrees, 9 mph breeze.
If I had done my part, that should have been one big hole, but I always seem to muck up a few. šŸ™ƒ
I believe this Gen 5 shoots just little nicer than my Gen 4, I'll have to shoot both on the same
range trip sometime to really compare. Each generation does have a little more refinement.
Function was flawless as you would expect. I would definitely trust my life to any generation
of the Glock 21, they just work 100% of the time. I've never had a malfunction with any Glock

I had a Glock 21 and a Glock 30, I used them to qualify once a year. But when I got back into 1911s, I figured I rather shoot my 1911s if I was shooting .45 Auto. I qualify with a 9mm now, but I do miss the 21 and the 30. The 21 was the most accurate .45 I ever owned, or shot.
I'm headed in the opposite direction and have trimmed my 1911 collection down to just two. My preferred .45 shooters are a CZ P-10F, FN 545 Tactical, Glock 21 (2), Walther PPQ, FNX-45 Tactical, HK USP, & CZ 97 BD (2) All these are just as (or more) accurate, have better capacity, and are softer shooting than any .45 1911 I've owned or fired, and I've had many 1911s over the years.

I’ve only shot a Gen3 21 and it was very accurate. Another super accurate gun is my brother in law’s XD 45. I have medium/large hand and I always thought the larger frames felt a little too big, but I swear I’m more accurate with the .45’s. Come to think about it, my friend had a FN FNX45 tactical and I shot that lights out too. Must be the inherent accuracy of the .45 ACP?
I don't know, but my FN FNX-45 Tactical is also very accurate. I actually need to shoot it again,
it's been tucked away for at least 2 years. I have too many .45s to choose from. ;)
Edit: @LEDetailing I shot it today, but not very well. There's a report.
